Order quickly dispatched. Better agility / responsiveness is always possible: e-mail sent on the site to add a product to the order before it was prepared, was not taken into account and remained unanswered. It's a pity that the order and e-mail were sent at the weekend before being processed on Monday. This would have avoided paying delivery charges twice for 2 separate orders.

No problems with the order and receipt. A downside on the recycled cardboard, probably from one of your suppliers. The cardboard had already been through a bit... but the order arrived intact.
