The products are very good but despite expensive orders there are never any small gifts or samples or discount vouchers, which is a shame.

With your order, there was a leaflet with a coupon inside.
Concerning the samples, we do about a thousand orders a month, so it's impossible to add a gift, even a trivial one, to all our shipments.

I didn't think it necessary to reply to your message because according to the photo I received, the label is slightly corroded and there's just a poc on the can. Your message doesn't mention any damage and you specify that it's an information message.

My order was complete and arrived on time, but one of the products was badly damaged during transport, in fact, one of the polishing pads was broken in three parts, I think the packaging was a little light (the storekeeper should have doubled the box).

What a surprise to receive a message telling me that the parcel had been delivered, even though no one had rung my doorbell and I was at home! The deliveryman had simply left the package outside the front door, without fanfare, in full view of the whole neighborhood on a very busy street.

Indeed, deliveries with Mondial Relay take a long time and the various load breaks can cause damage to the package. In future, please use a faster delivery service (Colissimo or Chrono Relais). If you're in a hurry, go elsewhere! The site advertises an average of 48 hours for paid shipments. The average is important because for me 1 week of preparation + 2 weeks of transit for a logistics center at 100kms. 2* because I still received the polish but too late. I'll use it another time.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. You have chosen to have your parcel delivered by Mondial Relay, even though we clearly state that deliveries with this service take about 10 days. If you had chosen Colissimo delivery, you would have had your parcel in 2/3 days and Chrono Relais in 24/48h. I don't want you to be left with a bad impression of our site, and if you wish, it's no problem for me to collect your parcel (free of charge). Best regards
