For the prices they are strong but for the rest ... no communication, no follow-up, does not respond at all to emails (3 emails sent in 15 days and zero response) does not respect delivery times (announced between 4-8 days) received package after 15 days. Order received but not complete! The after-sales service doesn't give a clear answer to the questions asked, was supposed to send me the missing part but changed its mind without telling me. If I don't follow up or call, I get no answer.
And now I'm being held hostage with a so-called postal survey that's going to last... As far as I'm concerned, the contract's been fulfilled, I've paid! On the company's side, no, I don't have my full order!

Hello, Your parcel was weighed twice at 3 kg in the post office sorting centers. A first time when we dropped it off and a 2nd time in the last sorting center before distribution. When we run the simulation again with the products, we get a weight of 2.82 kg (without box/packing/accessories). According to the photos you sent us, there is no visible breakage on the carton. We await the results of the postal investigation. Sincerely

Great discounts, but a big delivery problem for me. Order placed on Sunday evening for Chrono Relais delivery (in France) at 8€. Delivery only on Monday of the following week. A 1 week wait. I needed the product quickly for a special service, so I had to go without. No reply to my complaint email and the phone went to voicemail (full). Chronopost passed the buck and told me to contact the seller's site... No information on the problem from the seller to date.

Hello, First of all, thank you for your order of September 2nd, which left our premises on Friday 3rd and was received on Monday 6th (thanks also to the post office). But I find it hard to understand why you should have bought a product from us 10 times more expensive when you could have had it at a derisory price on a Chinese site. Please do not hesitate to return your product if you have not opened/used it, no problem for the refund and thus enable you to make your purchase at a very good price on your Chinese site. Disappointed, I had to cancel my order because it was out of stock, even though the website said it was available.
I waited several days for nothing before realizing that there was a problem and I had to go through different people at customer service to find out the status of my order because the first one couldn't give me any information and all that to end up with a cancellation. In short, I was disappointed for my first purchase from them.
