They contacted their supplier who didn't replace it, but I ordered from them, so I feel it's up to them to replace it for me. Especially since it's a pad that doesn't even cost 10€. That wouldn't have put them out of business....

Nothing to say about the product, it's very good, but the delivery is the problem. My 2 jars are completely dented all over, the cardboard is completely deformed, with a lot of adhesive tape added, which doesn't help much. So just make sure on delivery that the product isn't leaking or punctured.

Customer service is very responsive when you post a message (call back within 10 minutes). However, there was an oversight in my order when I received it, so I was sent back what was missing, and basically one of the products was replaced in my parcel because it was damaged when it was sent from their supplier.
