I am in Florida and my shoes from Paris arrived a week before shoes I ordered in the US arrived. WOW! And yes, my Loup shoes are perfect.
Although my shoes did not fit, the shopping experience was very pleasant. Shipping was fast, and my refund was processed quickly after the shoes were returned. I would not hesitate to shop with them again.
The pair bought in promotion, certainly, had a trace of brown glue (factory assembly) between the white sole and the white leather toe, on the whole front of one of the two feet.
