This time the shoulder does not have the quality of other times. Excessively cured and as if recooked by the heat

The transport had many setbacks, they lied saying we were not home; in parallel, I opened an incident with Jamón y Paletilla and no response. When the order arrived, it was in bad condition.

The product has a good quality/price ratio. Suggestion: it is advisable to check that the weight of the product is net 100 g per package, without the weight of the packaging counting. However, it may have happened that the scale we have is not accurate and the one from 'Jamon y Paletilla' is. Regards

The paletilla is quite good, although I think it is scarce according to the weight they said on the page. Well cut and prepared
