It is not a bodega shoulder... it is raw meat.

I am very satisfied with my order (sliced shoulder, acorn-fed and 100% Iberian) with its "little gifts." This is the second time I order the same and it maintains the quality. Just two indications: I find the process to place the order a bit complex and also, this time you had a considerable delay in delivery.

Good acorn-fed ham. Very good acorn-fed loin. The gift with the ham (ham holder) was very, very bad, to throw away.

I have bought loins from different brands, all 100% acorn-fed. Very happy with all of them.
