Very disappointed with this ham that had more than 60% fat!!! I have to sell at a loss :-((

The shoulder is very good and very juicy. The only downside, which I suppose could be from the transport company, is that there were some ants in the box with the packets, luckily they didn't break the plastic packets and couldn't access the product. But as I say, it has nothing to do with the quality of the product.

evidently it is not what I normally buy, but I thought the shoulder wouldn't be so 'just' in quality, for next time I know, thank you.

Fresh products cannot be paired like that since when they arrive in the heat they are not in good condition

The delivery time was minimal. Regarding the quality of the product, I must point out that the ham, both in texture and flavor, has turned out magnificent. I will buy again.

I bought a boneless shoulder 5 jotas, the taste and texture have nothing to do with the authentic taste of a real 5 jotas, hence the price, I found it economical, but cheap is expensive when there is no quality in the product

Excellent service. I ordered a sliced Iberian shoulder and a selection of sobrasada. The order arrived at home in 48 hours with the possibility of changing the day/time. The products are of excellent quality. Also with a gift of ham bones, an envelope with ham cubes, and a package of chicharrones. A total success.
