I haven't been able to try anything yet. But the delivery was fast and the actual quantities. The ham looks very good and I am eager to try the loin. I will continue buying.

The service is fine, what I don't see well is that there are shoulders that I have bought and want to repeat and they are not in stock and they don't restock them.

I specifically requested that the shoulder not be dry but rather tender. It hasn't been like that, which makes it somewhat unpleasant to eat. Very good regarding the speed of delivery.
