This is not the first time I have problems with this company. In a previous order, there were already delays and difficulties to contact. On this occasion, they sold me a ham advertised as 36 months cured that is raw and chewy. I received a response, but only to ask me for more information, without them giving me any solution so far. Currently, I am without ham, without money, and without a clear answer. Very disappointing experience.

The box it came in was broken and one of the cheeses had broken its surrounding plastic. It was not very comforting that the box was not intact as one of the hams was only wrapped in cloth, no plastic which is fine but animals etc. could have had access to it during the transportation to Denmark which took almost 2 weeks. Haven't tried the hams yet but they look nice. I haven't gotten any reply on my email I sent in English and translated to Spanish....

Terrible, I have bought shoulders several times and the last two times there have been problems. First a green brida shoulder in bad condition, and the second wrong shoulder and the excuse is that they made a mistake with the vitola, but the shoulder is the one I paid more for, of course.
