I placed an order more than a week ago and my shoulder is still going around Berlin, and I still have not received it. Maybe they should change their shipping company! Hello, on November 11 I received my orders, one of which arrived with 1 chorizo in bad condition/packaging, that same day I sent several emails with photos and to this day I have not received a response, but I have received emails to buy more lots. Initially, the order was delayed in delivery and I had to keep calling to ask about the real status of the order and demand immediate shipping or cancellation. Then the ham arrived with worms inside the packaging (100% Iberian - D.O. Jabugo), after attaching images and videos of what happened through the means they indicated to me, my email with the evidence was overlooked and the resolution of the case was delayed... until I called, they could not find my email... I bought 2, the first one arrived perfect, the cut, the flavor... the envelopes with the printed brand and the 100% label. The second ham is nothing like it, without a brand, no information of any kind, cut super thick and with a 'aftertaste'. I don't think it's acorn-fed. In short, never again.
