Good ham, great quality and better flavor, promotions should be maintained as the price hinders more frequent purchases

Unfortunately, I do not recommend it, they took 1 week to send the order, I contacted them and they told me it was due to the slicing, regarding this, the bags are a bit of a mess, sometimes they come separated with plastic, sometimes not, tasty flavor but it was very little cured. I bought several things, honestly with the discount it was quite affordable, but they forgot some product, the solution was that they would send it to me in the next order.

They didn't send me what I ordered due to lack of stock, I accepted to change for another piece of Iberian legacy and we were not convinced, it was salty and dry. Very dissatisfied

The author ham Benito, as well as the cheese poker, arrived on time and we liked it a lot. The machine-cut ham and vacuum packaging is great for consumption and preservation. The vacuum packaging of the cheese is also great for preservation. I recommend it and I think the quality-price ratio is very good. I have made several purchases at Jamón and shoulder and so far, no complaints. We will continue buying. Thank you

I have bought the 5J shoulder many times, I have cut most of it myself, I have ordered it sliced by machine twice and this last time by knife but the cut is very thick, it is not well done. The taste is good, but not to look like a steak... It would be very advisable for whoever cuts it to make much thinner cuts. We are not satisfied this time.

The field-fed shoulder does not meet my quality expectations! Other alternatives have offered me more quality and flavor. This is my opinion
