The service and attention are unbeatable as always and I have been a customer for many years but in this case I had to return it because it was as thin as a board and the bacon was yellowish, so the little meat of ham that was there was rancid, they changed it for another one, we'll see how it turns out

Hello good morning, I am satisfied with the hams I ordered but this last one surprised me by coming wrapped in plastic and I started with the thin part and the ham is too dry, there is hardly any fat infiltration between the meat, it is too dry, we will see when I turn it over if it is better because this side leaves much to be desired, the others have no complaints and the previous one was spectacular

Well, for being black label as they say... mine is lean like reserve serrano ham. I start the counterweight and the meat is completely lean, nothing interspersed between the meat and the fat. In terms of flavor, since it has no fat, it is dry and has no flavor. The salt point is good and the curing is perfect. But not for what is sold as black label.
