I received the package in perfect condition and in accordance with my order. I have not yet tasted the products. I am surprised that the black label is not on the packages of '100% Iberico bellota palette'. The package was delivered during a heatwave and as a result, the packages were a bit oily. Let's hope this does not affect the quality of the hams and palets.

Very fast service, I ordered it and it arrived in 2 days. Perfect curing [I asked for it to be this way as it was for a cutting course] Maybe a bit too salty

I have bought several hams and shoulders, and this is by far the worst. It has no flavor. Disappointed.

To the eye very good but to the palate very very salty for what it costs. I am not satisfied and I am not happy.

The product arrived defective; we had to throw it away since it spent more than two weeks in a van saying they were delivering it and that we were not home, but unfortunately, there is always someone at home because my mother cannot leave the house. So with this heat and a delivery company that unfortunately is the worst in the city, two factors combined have made us throw 75 euros in the trash. You probably have a great product, but with such poor management as the one you hired for delivery, I don't think a product will ever arrive in optimal conditions.

Cecina, very good. Good and well presented Iberian loin, good flavor. Mallorcan sobrasada. According to my wife, wonderful. Shipping method in forespan with cold, great.

I ordered a sliced ham by machine and received very few packs of ham... the box looked tampered with, showing the packs, and inside was a bottle of sparkling wine and a piece of Iberian chorizo and part of the bones of a ham... totally disappointed with my order.

Excellent cheese... Like in all orders... one of the packages had air (not vacuumed).. if you pay more for ordering quarters of packaged cheese, it's to be able to preserve them longer.

We bought 1 onion ham 100% Iberian La Unión de Jabugo and it turned out very good, 1 Iberian acorn chorizo 50% Iberian breed Benito this one is not bad, normal, a 100% Iberian acorn loin Montesano that did not seem to be acorn, without veins and very stiff and the cured Iberian acorn pancetta Desire Iberico that was quite good.

The quality of the product is not bad, but the shipping conditions leave much to be desired. Remember that we are talking about products that at 40 degrees lose a lot or perhaps should be thrown in the trash. The cheese wedge is a detail but it came as butter. This is the second time I order and I understand there will be a third but that needs to improve. If you want, I can send you how I received it, if you give me an email
