Good morning. I was blocked by the fact that I couldn't track the order as neither the reference nor the number were accepted. But I received an email the very morning of the reception.

I ordered a shoulder, it arrived a couple of days later than they told me. Once at home, when I touched it, I found it very soft, I weighed it (with the paper and the cover) and it weighs 3.5 kg, if I remove the cover and paper it loses at least 300 grams. On the website, they said it was between 3.5 kg and 4 kg and it weighs 3.200.... I sent them emails and they don't respond, I call them and they don't answer... In summary, misleading advertising and terrible after-sales service. I hope that what remains of the shoulder, after removing the fat, is at least good....

I am outraged, the shoulder came with mites and bites, I have been calling customer service and it goes to voicemail, I sent an email and they still haven't contacted me. I will never buy again.

A well-known company for several years, and the shipments to France are greatly appreciated, being able to enjoy an authentic Spanish product even while living abroad.

The cheese has mold on the rind, I don't know if it's safe to eat, and if it is, how to treat it. Thanks

Perfect product and shipment. To nitpick.... I ordered 4 vacuum-packed pieces... this packaging is not very good and two of the pieces arrived with air inside, so the preservation is not going to be very good.

As a joke, I bought an acorn ham that turned out to be salty, I have sent them 3 emails and called by phone but they do not respond anywhere. I will not buy from them again and I do not recommend it to you.

The service was very fast but I haven't opened the product yet because it's for dinner on Christmas Eve. It is to be expected that the quality will be very good and that if there is any problem, there will be no issue in solving it.
