The salchichones and chorizo left a scratchy feeling under my tongue. I haven't opened the ham yet, I hope it is better.

I was disappointed with the shoulder. I would rather say it is a good cellar shoulder. We did not notice the Iberian flavor. It was good but I would not buy it again for that price (62.5 €, the price of many 50% Iberian cebo shoulders).

Two of the 4 packages arrived without vacuum, and the ham was dry and quite salty.

The order arrived quickly, in two days perfectly, but it arrived wrong and I have been trying to contact by phone for several days and they do not answer the calls, you can only leave a message and they do not call you back.

Hello, from the many times I have bought the shoulder, I must say that it has always turned out to be a very good ham, tasty and with a very nice smell, the only thing I want to comment is that this time I saw many white spots when cutting the ham, but other than that, great. Regards
