Whenever I can, I buy here, I give it 3 stars because I bought 2 kilos of regular serrano ham and it turned out salty but it can be eaten, I can't ask for more for its price but I recommend Jamon y Paletilla because I have already bought Iberian hams and shoulders and they are a delight, so the three stars are for this last order which was deboned serrano ham 2 kilos and cut into 4 quarters and it turned out salty, for the rest ham and shoulder are highly recommended, they have first-class products, thank you.

One of the 3 hams that came in our order did not meet the acceptable curing time, lacking many months. This was confirmed to us at the International School of Ham Cutters. It's a shame because the other 2 hams were very good and this practice gives an unfair negative touch to the customer experience.

This is the third time we buy on your page, I bought the lot where they say the shoulder weighed around 3.5 to 4 kg, when I opened the box I noticed that it was very small we weighed it and it barely weighed 3 kilos. However, other times they arrived correctly.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend it, they took 1 week to send the order, I contacted them and they told me it was due to the slicing, regarding this, the bags are a bit of a mess, sometimes they come separated with plastic, sometimes not, tasty flavor but it was very little cured. I bought several things, honestly with the discount it was quite affordable, but they forgot some product, the solution was that they would send it to me in the next order.

I have bought the 5J shoulder many times, I have cut most of it myself, I have ordered it sliced by machine twice and this last time by knife but the cut is very thick, it is not well done. The taste is good, but not to look like a steak... It would be very advisable for whoever cuts it to make much thinner cuts. We are not satisfied this time.

Disaster. I paid for field-fed ham and they gave me cheap feed. Now I don't have the ham I wanted nor the extra money I paid. I waited 15 days, so I don't think I have to return it from Croatia and go through all that again for a month.
