1st order a success, 2nd low quality of the products from the Desire Iberico brand and I wanted to give it another chance, with this 3rd and the 100% iberian cebo shoulder from legado the worst I have tried, 80% is bacon, there is hardly any ham and I don't even know which side to cut to see some ham, too cured that it can't even be cut and flavor a 5. Unfortunately, I think this will be my last order here. They also said that in this order they would have a detail for me which they sent in the 2nd and they didn't have it either. I am honestly disappointed.

I bought three spicy sobrasadas from Mallorca. Invoice 08 1583 from 15/05/2025. The three sobrasadas have a bloomed piece and it honestly seems unbelievable that this happens in all three.
