I placed orders on Friday and Saturday, the following Friday Nacex calls me to arrange a delivery for Monday, that delivery company has no seriousness or shame, it is the second time they have done this to me, I feel bad because Jamón and shoulder have good products but with that delivery company it is impossible to buy food products.

I already sent a letter to Jamón and shoulder and Sánchez Romero Carvajal and from what I see neither of them have read it. In my order, I requested pancetta and I received 80% is all white bacon and 8 centimeters thick and that is not the photo they put on their page, it shows pancetta with lean and thick between 3 or 4 centimeters. I have the order waiting for you to kindly collect it while sending me the pancetta that is shown in the photo and sending an invoice that states what product, kgs, and price. Hoping to continue operating with you and be satisfied. I await your prompt news, regards.

Everything correct from Jamón y Paletilla. Unfortunately, the transport was not so good: first, it gave me a delivery date for Wednesday, then for the following Monday, and finally I was lucky and it was delivered on Friday. It took 5 days in the end with confusing information, indeed, destination Germany.

Customer service is nonexistent. The carrier delivered the order to the wrong address and we had to manage the problem ourselves. On top of that, what they sold us as an 'offer' was a dry ham that they wouldn't sell in person. It's a hassle to try to contact again. Be wary. Never again. I recommend contacting by phone before buying to test the 'Customer Service' you will find if there are problems.

I was a little disappointed because I have been buying 50% iberian acorn ham from different websites for years, and this time I ordered the 100% iberian expecting more flavor and more infiltrated fat and the one I received has an acceptable flavor, but it is very lean, very cured and without any infiltrated fat. It is good, I have not complained about anything, but I was a little disappointed, due to the price increase over the 50% I expected some difference for the better.
