the ham is very tender, everything else is fine

The product does not correspond to what was advertised, nor with the image of the packaging.

I ordered a ham and some sausages through the website. The whole process was easy and without problems. Only the packaging of one chorizo arrived damaged, in which the vacuum was broken. Consequently, the chorizo is white and covered in mold. What I didn't like is that I tried to contact you and no one answered me. A shame, because the products seem to be good.

I have already sent an email with photos of the product in bad condition, I hope for a quick response.

The ham is very good, but the shipping took longer than indicated on the website. I had to send several messages to get them to send it.

I am still waiting for 2 batches, and 1 raw ham and others tender. THEY HAVE NOT FULFILLED WHAT THEY PROMISED ME.

I placed an order on the site worth over 270 euros, including: 6 IBÉRICO CHORIZO, 4 SAUSAGES, 1 PABEIBMO Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico MONTESANO Extremadura Pura Pata Negra, and 20 bags of Black Label BENITO Sliced Ham 100gr. Unfortunately, the package I received is incomplete: the product "Black Label BENITO Sliced Ham 100gr", which should have contained 20 bags, contains only one bag. What is even more frustrating is that the product "PABEIBMO Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico MONTESANO Extremadura Pura Pata Negra" also has issues: The sealed packaging is damaged. Most importantly, I received a ham with a green label, while I had ordered the one with a black label. I tried to contact the site to resolve these issues, but I received no response from them. I don't know how to resolve this situation. This is not just a stock shortage issue, it's a case of substitution with a lower quality product. Shopping on this site, without any response or guarantee, is a disappointing experience. I am a big fan of Spanish gastronomy, but with such an irresponsible attitude towards orders and customers, I do not recommend anyone to shop on this site.

The batch I bought said it came with a metal case and it came in a cardboard box. Everything else was very good

The ham is too hard and the cold cuts are very salty, we won't repeat.

The 50% Iberian acorn ham arrived extremely dry, over-salted and rancid, therefore inedible. I had to return it.

I was not given the 5% discount that I was entitled to due to the purchase date. It is true that I paid the invoice beforehand, but it was in small print (I am 81 years old and my eyesight is not good). But I immediately complained when I saw it printed, and they haven't even responded, after sending them several emails about this. The least that should be done is to respond to a customer's complaint, and not to give the silent treatment, as it is not only a lack of education but also a contemptuous mockery. If they do this to me after three years of buying from them for between 600 or 700 euros each year, I don't think they will be minimally attentive to any customer who presents a complaint either.

I ordered a shoulder, it arrived a couple of days later than they told me. Once at home, when I touched it, I found it very soft, I weighed it (with the paper and the cover) and it weighs 3.5 kg, if I remove the cover and paper it loses at least 300 grams. On the website, they said it was between 3.5 kg and 4 kg and it weighs 3.200.... I sent them emails and they don't respond, I call them and they don't answer... In summary, misleading advertising and terrible after-sales service. I hope that what remains of the shoulder, after removing the fat, is at least good....

We took a week to receive the order, it was supposed to take 24/48 hours, I will not buy here again, thank you.

I am outraged, the shoulder came with mites and bites, I have been calling customer service and it goes to voicemail, I sent an email and they still haven't contacted me. I will never buy again.

The cheese has mold on the rind, I don't know if it's safe to eat, and if it is, how to treat it. Thanks

Very good and as advertised

As a joke, I bought an acorn ham that turned out to be salty, I have sent them 3 emails and called by phone but they do not respond anywhere. I will not buy from them again and I do not recommend it to you.

Although I couldn't get them to provide me with the tracking number from the shipping agency for the order, everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.

The phone does not exist, they do not answer... they sent the 34 hams to the wrong address. Other years, when it was cash on delivery, no problem, this year prepaid, terrible.

The shipping had a lot of lies from the carrier, that I went and there was no one, up to three times, I don't understand the need to lie, just saying that it will be delivered later is infinitely better. The shoulder, well normal, 100% acorn-fed and from Huelva, is good, but the meat is a bit dry, not worth celebrating. In general, the merchandise is not bad, the world of ham can turn out excellent or regular, but the way the shipping and the response from customer service is very bad. Order it 15 days in advance..

The shoulder came with too much fat, I bought the 5-6 kg one and in the end, it hardly has any meat. We wasted half the shoulder removing fat to get to the meat.

I cannot understand how a ham of that price and supposed quality is drier than the mojama and the taste is very mediocre. Very disappointed. I will not buy here again.
