As a note, for novice users in the subject, I would indicate that the shoulder may come with exterior mold, which is something normal. And the rind a bit soft due to humidity. The shoulder is good but I expected to find it better in taste. I have bought this brand before and it has never disappointed me, that 'grip' that stays in the throat when you savor it, this one did not have it. I must say that I negatively value the tracking of the order, there is no way to track it because there is no tracking number. The website says that UPS is the transport agency and in the end, it was brought by Nacex.

Hello, I bought something that should be good but I still haven't received it! We passed on Friday, September 20, but I wasn't home. I immediately rescheduled the delivery for Monday, September 23, but I had to call because they had a truck breakdown. It is September 25 and I am afraid of what I will receive. I am not happy and if everything is spoiled I will throw everything in the trash and I will ask for a refund because we are not talking about a normal package but about perishable goods. The shipping with GLS was terrible, I indicated delivery in the afternoon and still they returned in the morning. I had to drive to pick it up in San Fernando from the Vallecas expansion. Good product, expensive service for what it is.

It turns out that I ordered fresh chorizos and they took a week to be delivered so they went straight to the trash for safety, I certainly don't think they could be consumed due to the heat process during transport you are not to blame but you will understand my problem

I recently bought a batch of sliced Iberian shoulder and it is quite tasty, it also comes with a piece of Duroc loin and some small pieces of ham for cooking. Served quickly and without problems. The price is in line with the product. For my taste, it lacks some aging but well it is.
