It is from black leg but the hooves have fallen off, which gives it a good appearance and at first glance indicates its origin, it is like the discarded black leg hams, as if they were selling hams with defects, and the weight somewhat lower than contracted weighed 7.4kg and I bought between 7.5 and 8.0 kg this ham should be in the lower scale that they sold of 7.9 and 7.5kg It was for a gift and I had to buy another one from a more serious company and leave this one for myself. The flavor is good but here everything is valued and especially in this category of hams

I wasn't convinced this time, I ordered a high-performance navidul ham sliced and the 2 packs I opened were undercured and too salty, and I opened one of the blocks and it had less salt but tasted like nothing more than meat with salt. The thing is I ordered those blocks again because in the previous order the quality-price was better than many bought in the deli, but this time at least it wasn't like that

Correct flavor and curing of the 20 vacuum packs of the cebo shoulder I bought, the only downside is that they do not send the slices separated with a film or something similar since when trying to separate them they are so tightly packed that when trying to take just one, it breaks along with the one below. I always leave it open for about fifteen minutes before consuming and it's the same. Thank you

I bought a DM cheese, exceptional, very good, also a hard ham (the second one I buy) this one is very dry... Exceptional flavor.. But very dry, what a pity,.. I will repeat, we all make mistakes, if the disappointment repeats.. It will be there.
