Customer reviews of JamónyPaletilla

I take too long and the cheese is quite hard, flower of esgueva

The ham is quite salty and loses the good flavor it should have

I have not received the knife.

I sent an email regarding the shoulder but haven't received a response. When I opened the shoulder everything was perfect in flavor and texture but when I turned it over it was completely dry and inedible.

The piece they sent me was not cured yet starting from the least fatty area, raw meat. Normally they send me good products and I was very happy but on this occasion being a ham even more expensive than the previous ones, I was left dissatisfied.

Good

It is very hard, I started cutting it from the thinnest part and it was so hard that it was almost impossible to cut, I hoped that the thicker part would be better but it is an inedible part due to its hardness, very good flavor in my opinion, it is overcooked.

I have ordered several times and I have always been happy. In any order, some incident may arise. This is the first time it has happened to me, but one of the 7 products I ordered came with damaged packaging, having lost the vacuum and with the consequent bad condition and smell. I contacted the email of jamonypaletilla, sent photos, and after 2 weeks, they still haven't replied. On another occasion, through the contact on the website, I reported an incident about the erroneous functioning of their page on a PC and on Android. I also did not get a response. The quantity of the damaged product is small, but not having replied gives the impression of neglect in customer service.

I bought 100% Iberian breed "La unión 1890" acorn-fed ham on October 29. I received the ham with a white tie and on the label there is a small sticker with the percentage of 100% covering the figure of 50%. Today the ham is offered at the same price but the true percentage of 50% Iberian breed has already been modified. Judge for yourselves.

The delivery service improved.

Too dry and salty, what a shame

The 100% Iberian ham "Iberian wish" doesn't seem 100% Iberian to me

The acorn-fed shoulder had holes with liquids.

Very good.

Just a small problem, the cheese is a bit hard

Too much fat (bacon) and very little meat.

They sent me an expired pepperoni tray in September.

Well, let's hope that with the humidity in Valencia it doesn't dry out

Perfect quality price

Iberian shoulder with a great flavor, I don't give it 5 stars because it came with more fat than ham, let's hope the next one is more balanced.

Hello, the ham is very dry.

Too much salt.

THE HAM IS VERY SALTY.

Good ham at its salt point.

Everything is correct.

Fast shipping. I can't comment on the products as they are for gifts.

Everything was fine but the glass jar that was lost came broken and the whole package was full of oil.

Initially, they served me a shoulder that was very salty, I let them know, and they changed it immediately, which was very satisfactory for me. Thank you!

Very good.

Order placed and received quickly, need to try the ham.

Very good cold cuts, the shoulder has no flavor... it only has fat

Very well shipped, arrived when they said. The flavor is great, it's delicious. But when removing the rind, excess bacon, and the weight of the bone, the total meat probably didn't reach 900g

Very good although it is too dry.

They delivered a ham in bad condition and have never refunded us. And we have claimed several times. Not recommendable.

I opened the shoulder I ordered with a black layer and it was full of mold and fungus (I have photos), after cleaning one layer, indeed the quality of the shoulder is very good!

JUST LIKE THE PREVIOUS ORDER WAS GOOD, THIS ONE THE PALETILLA IS VERY SALTY

Very good.

SO FAR THE 4 PACKETS WE HAVE TRIED FOR OUR TASTE ARE SALTY

VERY GOOD.

The product was a bit past its prime. It is not as good as the last time we bought it.
