Good morning. The delivered product did not include the bones of the ham. On the other hand, the shipping company SGL-ENVIALIA indicated to me that I was not at home when they were going to deliver the package. Completely false, as I was on my laptop watching the delivery process and it appeared that I was not at my home. This information appeared 2 times and was false. Finally, I had to drive to the company's warehouse. This is not the first time it has happened to me. I will not purchase products from your company until you confirm that you are not changing shipping companies. On the other hand, I would ask you to send me the bones of the ham.

I bought a 100% Iberian breed ham, but upon checking the seal certificate, it was actually 50% Iberian breed.

The service from jamonypaletilla is impeccable. The ham 10 ventas is very good, but the previous one I bought 959 was spectacular, that's why I don't give this one 5 stars, but it's very good too. I have already made 10 orders here, the service is always perfect, no problems and all products are of quality. Here you have a loyal customer, keep it up.

The work on the ham and shoulder itself is impeccable. They met deadlines, the product arrived perfectly vacuum packed and cut, and I'm very satisfied with that part. The ham itself leaves much to be desired, I'm aware that it's 100% Iberian but from feed, yet it still has very little flavor. Disappointed with the quality of the product. I will use it for stews.

I bought a 100% Iberian feed ham "La Unión 1890" and it came with the white seal (correct) and the label said it was 50% Iberian. On a sticker placed over the 50% it said it was 100%... If it were 100% it would have its specific label. That said, the ham is at its curing point and it's good... but I don't believe it's 100% Iberian

The shoulder, being from feed, is salty and not too flavorful, somewhat dry. The other hams I've bought have been fine, this one not so much

I bought Sánchez Carvajal loin and as always the brand is perfect. The cheese is either crumbled or it is that bitter. Bad purchase decision. I will have to gift it, I won't eat it with that taste. I expected it to be natural as described.

Good afternoon, it's fine, another one I tried from some friends was better, and also at the time of the order it says 4 to 4.5kg and everything weighed 2200kg, I understand the waste but I don't think two kg weigh. I see few packages. I usually order shoulders cut in two different places and they come 20 packs of 100g and cubes at the same price. Thank you for allowing me to give my opinion. Maybe I'll repeat. Regards
