Very dry, nothing to do with a 100% acorn.

The product itself, as always, excellent; the packaging not so much. I think the packaging of the product is still a bit careless and shabby. A ham inside a box without securing stops is a bit mediocre.

There has not been a single failure, always good pieces of good ham.

Very bad product, dry, hard, salty, terrible as it was to try how it turned out, I bought paletilla, still the biggest, but I'm not going to repeat.

The product meets the expected quality. The salt point, flavor, and texture are very good. In this aspect, I would buy it again without hesitation. I don't give it 5 stars for two details: 1- The delivery time was too long, and I had to contact the company to know the reason. They claimed a high demand for sliced ham, but I think it got misplaced or when I inquired, they expedited the delivery. The fact is that after the inquiry, it arrived almost immediately. The other reason is the packaging. It is practically impossible to peel off the slices. I am new to buying in this format, but I find it much more convenient to do so with the packets bought at the supermarket. Something that gave me a lot of confidence is the weight of the packets. I never weigh what I buy, but in this case, I was curious since there were so many packets at once; I wondered if they would all weigh 100 grams including the packet... And I was pleasantly surprised to see that they all fluctuated between 116 and 120 grams. For all this, based on my experience, I recommend purchasing from this company. 2 weeks to serve the order and the ham was very dry and ordinary.

It weighed 7.700 and the week/batch number is 05/24. 008/24, I don't know if this corresponds to 30 months of curing... at first it was fine but soon the fat starts to be chewy and very little cured, very soft

It's good, but a bit salty.

The term in which this ham was presented was "BRUTAL OFFER". In my philological understanding, a brutal offer is something excellent that is half price or less. Hence the adjective "brutal". This purchase has been a disappointment for me. After smelling and tasting it, neither my brother nor I have touched it again. It smells rancid, tastes rancid, is dry, and does not captivate even visually. I am trying to contact the company but to date, they have ignored my two emails. I would like them to exchange it for another of better quality and pay the difference. But for now, no response. 110 € that my dog is going to eat.

The ham is advertised as 50% Iberian acorn and it is not at all. It is a basic serrano ham and saltier than a piece of cod.

It arrived on time but we opened the shoulder and it was all fat, we couldn't get even one plate of ham in good condition. The truth is that I am very dissatisfied despite being recommended the site and having made more orders and there had never been a problem.

Good morning, I don't know why they ask for customer opinion, if I have been trying to contact you for a week, indicating that the quality of the product you sent me does not correspond to its description. If you are so concerned about your customers' opinions, at least dedicate some of your time to respond.

It is not the first time you send a product that looks dry, it is noticeable that it is past its date.

I regret to inform you that the shoulder is as hard as a rock, honestly, the flavor is quite good but it is very tough, everything else is very good, the communication, the speed of shipping, and the ease of payment are very good, a pity about the other since the price was also good and I would have liked to repeat the purchase.
