The last ham was super hard, I asked for another and it smells very rancid, I am going to return it; they have greatly reduced the quality, the first ones were very good but the last two have taken away my desire to buy again.

No formality at all, it arrived 10 days late, the ham is very good so we have no complaints about the product but we do about the deadlines.

Cured well, but the flavor is normal, and I started it 3 days ago and it is already salty.

It is very tasty, but it needed a little more curing, and regarding the shipping, it took a long time.

Sorry for my harsh words. But I am very disappointed with the ham I received. It was not in the original packaging; it is fattier than the meat, and the little meat is mostly dry. It was not the first acorn-fed ham I bought nor the first acorn-fed ham I ate. They sent me an aged ham. This was the second one I bought from you. I don't think I will buy from you again. Regards, Kurt

Everything is correct. I'm not giving 5 stars because the order status was not updated and on the same day I received it, it appeared on the website as 'in process'.
