The product is quite good. But a mistake on your part, the shoulder purchased of 4.5/5 kg. is offered boneless, and cut into packets, between 17 and 20 of 100g. From 1.7 to 2 kg, according to your offer. I received 15 packets of 100g (1.5 kg), plus the cut bone, and 1 packet of cubes, which seems few to me for the part that cannot be sliced. Something went wrong with the quantities.

They sent me a 100% Iberian field-fed shoulder, the top part smelled bad and the bottom part was bland for what it was, plus a lot of fat, and I called and they treated me terribly and even laughed at me, I will never buy here again and I do not recommend it to anyone. They told me that if I wanted to return it, I would pay for the shipping and if they found it suitable, they would return it to me. I started that the shoulder was really shameful and the laughing over the phone about my complaint is denounceable. My opinion is do not buy here.
