It was a bit delayed but I contacted them and they solved it super quickly. The product is very good, we have already bought that brand several times

It turns out that I ordered fresh chorizos and they took a week to be delivered so they went straight to the trash for safety, I certainly don't think they could be consumed due to the heat process during transport you are not to blame but you will understand my problem

To date, I have not received any response regarding the complaint I made about how the sausage package arrived punctured and consequently not fit for consumption, which means I bought something in bad condition and could not consume it. I am really angry with the customer service, which leaves a lot to be desired.
