My last purchase was a disaster, I only had bacon (I thought I wouldn't find beta). I will buy again, but not this brand. I will repeat from previous ones that were 10.

One of the two hams I received is lighter than what I ordered. The invoice/order clearly states that the piece is 5-5.5k. I received one of 4.5 to 5. I feel deceived and I bought 2 units.

The lack of information for delivery. Why do I have to investigate where the order is when I supposedly have to receive it at my home? Why do I have to travel to the other side of town to pick it up?

I bought a DM cheese, exceptional, very good, also a hard ham (the second one I buy) this one is very dry... Exceptional flavor.. But very dry, what a pity,.. I will repeat, we all make mistakes, if the disappointment repeats.. It will be there.

I am very satisfied with my order (sliced shoulder, acorn-fed and 100% Iberian) with its "little gifts." This is the second time I order the same and it maintains the quality. Just two indications: I find the process to place the order a bit complex and also, this time you had a considerable delay in delivery.
