Always very good products and better service both at the time of sale and in after-sales in case there is something to ask, etc. I will always repeat purchases at Jamón y Paletilla.

I bought a shoulder that was very good, but when buying the ham of the same brand, the latter came quite raw. I understand it can be complicated to see, but in this case the ham was ordered boneless and the person who will debone it should have noticed that the curing of this ham was not correct. I have always bought in this store without problems.

The ham is very tasty and the delivery was super fast. It said it would take 3 to 5 days to the Balearic Islands and I had it in two days! I didn't know this company but I am very happy and I will repeat. Highly recommended!

My opinion is that I made an order, the items in the batch were very good, but the shoulder turned out bad and after waiting many days I had to throw it away due to the bad smell and no trace of them after asking for a refund.
