The shipment was quick, but the invoice is not correct and I have written to them 3 times requesting that they change the tax details and they do not respond.

About the shipment perfect, within the indicated deadlines. I ordered a shoulder that weighed between 4-4.5 kg and I received one of 3.85 kg with straps, packaging, etc. I complained and they changed it for me, very quickly, my surprise when it arrives and weighs 100g more... I think if I complain it is to take it into account and send the shoulder with its correct weight, not that even the second time it has its weight... anyway, not buying again solves it.

We bought 15 batches of shoulders and in 1 of them the small sausages and cheese were missing. We sent an email explaining what happened and they haven't even bothered to respond to the incident. Poor after-sales service

Very fresh shoulder not suitable for consumption due to lack of curing on any of its sides.

I made a couple of orders, it took 2 weeks to arrive, it was very difficult to contact them both by phone and by email. The product itself was not bad.

This 5 jotas shoulder has come with a bit more fat at the beginning but then it's a delicacy for the palate

The ham, the lower layer has too much fat. Half of the weight is discarded. It's a shame considering the amount of packets bought, 25.

Very happy. The truth is that I wasn't sure about it, but the acorn shoulder pack with cheese, espetec, and olives has turned out to be a great success. Especially the shoulder and cheese, I found them excellent.
