The product arrived with dents or scratches on the board, due to poor packaging, when I buy something the first thing I expect is for it to arrive with better packaging, not as if it were a returned product (which may be the case). Other than that, the product meets its functions well.

A 10 for Jamón and Paletilla! I bought a ham "Reserva Oro Negro pezuña negra de 6 Kg" that turned out very badly, super dry and salty, so at the first cut we contacted Jamón and Paletilla who very kindly managed the collection of the ham and after confirming it was true proceeded to refund the amount paid. Buying online can be a problem in these cases, but not with honest companies like this, THANK YOU!!!

They sent me a cheese I didn't order, of lesser weight and they say it's of the same quality and that in another order they will refund the weight difference. I request a return and they do not respond. The Jabugo shoulder is very hard and dry. I won't buy more!!!

The ham packages do not say where they are from, they do not bring identifying labels, I also ordered a batch of Los Romeros de Jabugo and they sent me another from Ecija, nothing worth buying, it's a scam.
