Everything correct. We received it within the established time and it is very good to this day (we have started one side and it is still pending to turn it over). We will repeat. Thank you very much. Happy 2024 María Rosa and Joan

I bought a 50% Iberian breed acorn-fed ham and I received a piece of meat, uncured...

They have not refunded me the money for a shoulder of minimal quality and some inedible raw sausages. I returned it less than 24 hours after receiving it. I still do not have the money refunded. Very unhappy. I hope to see my refund on the 26th as soon as possible. I am very upset

The problem does not lie in their service, but the ham I purchased as a gift, Navidul 7-8 kg, was not well cured, it lacked curing. I have complained, we will see what happens.

They delivered it to me 10 days later ruining a celebration. The 400g cheese was 300 and a bit; the shoulder pure bacon. I requested the return and a week later they haven't even responded.
