Perfect as always. But this time, the shipping was even faster than usual and the packaging perfect. Last time we had an incident with a stolen product, so great. Congratulations.

The fast shipping and the product very good but I requested the piece cut into 4 pieces and vacuum packed each one and they sent it to me whole. Other than that everything is fine.

The shoulder did not reach the correct temperature, but was completely melted from the heat, all the fat. What a shame.

The flavor of the ham is good, it is tasty, but the slice is cut thick, a little thinner would be better....and a lot of chunk under the slice.
