Well, regarding the product I can't complain, both the shoulder and the cheese are delicious and of very good quality. But the messenger yes!!! Nacex, they are irresponsible or not very kind to customers, I say this because they came to my house the first time without calling the contact number I left in case no one was home, they called me 2 days later saying they would come 48 hours after the call, we coordinated a time and it happened.... that the messenger rang the bell once and didn't wait even 5 minutes and left, I called 3 minutes later to the Nacex office and they told me they couldn't call the driver because the other customers would be left without their orders, so the others shouldn't be left without the package but I should! It's honestly embarrassing, the first time this happens to me and I was home, showering the child so they couldn't wait 5 minutes and didn't even call the contact number.

Hello, I placed an order on 28/11 and they inform me that the order will not arrive until December 16 and on top of that they do not bring it to my house but I have to travel to a nearby town to pick it up. And they charge me well for shipping costs. I have been your customer for a couple of years. I have ordered 10 or 12 hams and this time they have outdone themselves. Very dissatisfied.
