The delivery took much longer than they said, I contacted you, and still no one answered. The ham is dry and salty. This is the second time I bought from you, I will never do it again. I hope my comment helps to change something.

My order arrived perfectly, except for the aged cheese Navas which is sour. I would like to contact the seller directly but there is no email to reach them. I hope for a response. Thank you

I paid €20 for half a cheese of 1300 gr., which supposedly should weigh between 1400 and 1600 gr, let's say the average of 1500gr. it comes to €1.3333 for 100gr., so it should have cost me €17.33 instead of €20. Don't you think this is a scam?

Well, I have always bought here, but this last time the ham arrived and when I opened it there was a small beetle walking on the ham, I contacted them and they didn't even bother to reply... I won't order even one more.

Hello, I only give 2 stars because the received shoulder is very, very cured, meaning very dry and hard... therefore too salty... it's very hard to cut... they should review this and take them out of the dryer earlier; regarding the flavor, very little flavor; anyway, we are eating it.

I had to return the first order because it was very salty and inedible. I was surprised by the return response and the very positive treatment from jamóypaletillas. The second order of ham is great in flavor and texture, quality price 10. Excellent ham and excellent service

I sent the ham to my trusted store to have it vacuum cut into 6 pieces. I ate the tip and the bottom (the underside), and it turned out very soft and fatty.
