Customer reviews of JamónyPaletilla

Very good quality-price ratio, worth repeating

The ham is good but has more than 60% fat. I complained and they did not offer to change it. I can attach photos or videos.

Speed in delivery. The product, llardons, very good and fresh. The only flaw is that the bag arrived without vacuum. But my opinion is very good

Good service

Fast delivery

Fast delivery, ordered on Saturday night and Tuesday morning it was already at home, a dry danger but very good

Post-sale service null, they delivered a ham with live mites moving and did not respond to my complaint with any solution

speed and convenience.

I think it's great, I've bought sliced ham twice and I'm very happy. Previously, the whole hams I bought were also very good. A reference page to buy with confidence. Thank you

Very good, salt-free and juicy.

Spectacular the shoulder, plus the whole buying process was simple, fast and without problems. I will definitely buy again

Meets expectations.

They sell you a shoulder of 4.5 kg but you receive 1.7 kg plus 530 grams of bone. Most of the packages I receive are from the end of the shank. I will never buy ham again.

Very good quality-price!

Price and quality, plus speed in pricing

Very good as always

I ordered a 5j acorn-fed ham and they contacted me to inform me that they did not have the weight I wanted, they offered me one of lower weight and price or to maintain the price by supplying the difference with a 500g presa, I chose this last option indicating that they should not send me either of the 2 very cured products since we are 2 people. The presa was impossible to cut, although Nieves' management was very appropriate and she proceeded to send me another sliced and vacuum-packed presa, I am still waiting for a response, after removing 1 kg of bacon we still cannot comment on the quality of the product since there is still no vein to pull from. I think I will not use their services again.

Extraordinary the shoulder

Everything perfect and very fast shipping!! A pleasure!!

Excellent

Very good

I always repeat, great professionals.

It turned out very good, I had heard very good things about these hams and I can say that I will continue buying, they are very good

Extraordinary quality-price ratio. Highly recommended

Good service and quality

Everything is very good

Excellent

Good. For now, I can only evaluate the delivery of the order and the Navarra cheese I tried. Everything was very good, the order arrived quickly and as advertised, and the cheese was excellent. I will try the rest later, it looks great

Very tasty and well prepared. We will repeat

Everything correct.

Very good

Very tasty.

They do not respond. Not recommended at all.

Speed and good quality

The first ham went wrong and they changed it without any problem, and the second one was very good

Order and delivery perfect. Haven't tasted it yet (it's a gift :-))

This last 5J shoulder I received has little aging and too much fat.

Regarding the product, it is exquisite and I had a problem where they sent me the item uncut, and in one day they managed and changed the product, a 10 for problem-solving
