Next time I will buy from my usual store, I ordered a shoulder weighing 4 to 4.5kg and they sent me one of 4.08kg, it barely fits the weight and I knew it was more expensive

The product is good. The packaging is bad. The bags of ham were put in plastic bags without closing. The package arrived open, according to the company the bags that came were correct. The agency is a disaster.

The ham arrived with a lot of fat. First they offered us the option to return it, then they 'advised' us not to return it and instead they would refund us 20 euros, but we never heard from them again.
