I still haven't tried it but I expected when buying the shoulder that I wanted deboned that besides the large area they would have also sent me the other part, especially when I paid extra.

This is the second order I made... and the ham... was very salty... a shame, because I had a very good opinion until now.

Recently I received one of your ACORN shoulders, upon opening it I found 250 grams of fat before seeing the lean meat, when I got to the lean it was excessively cured for being such a recent shipment of an acorn unit, that said, the price offer was good and the shipping logistics incredible, very fast. Best regards.

It's fine, they serve quickly and the order arrived in good condition. The product, a sliced shoulder of acorn-fed ham, is correct without more.

The cheese was great but I bought two shoulders and they arrived extremely dry. It's the first time this has happened to me because I've bought more times without any problem.
