They gave me a sliced ham of 50% Iberian when I bought 100% Iberian.

Very tender and quite salty. It does not indicate the designation of origin.

The ham is good but not amazing. For the price it has, I expected it to be better. Very expensive for what it is. A bit dry.

I will not buy anymore nor will I advise my family and friends. They have not been very correct in their phone or email attentions and there was a delay in the order and the product was not very good.

This time the order did not go well. The ham is salty, the bones are not vacuum packed. I made a complaint and they ignored it.

Products purchased with an excellent quality-price ratio. Just a note as an opportunity for improvement, in order to minimize the effect of ambient temperature on these non-refrigerated shipments. I recommend, if a shipment is made within 24/48 hours where there is a holiday in between, like a Sunday, to anticipate or postpone shipments so that there are no days of paralysis of shipments in the transporter's warehouse! Thank you.

Good morning, my opinion is that the last order came with a package of bacon that was supposed to come vacuum-sealed but it didn't, I stored it and when I took it to cook it was moldy and I had to throw it away.
