Customer reviews of JamónyPaletilla

The shoulder is good but I requested knife cutting and paid for it and the cut of some pieces is very thick and with nerves that make it hard to swallow.

Magnificent service, fast shipping, they respond to questions quickly and the products match what was offered

Great product and good price too!

Good quality price

Some shameless people, I bought 15 packets of 100g and they sent me 10 and did not respond to my subsequent emails, last purchase every time I buy something something happens.

Very bad, bad shoulder, they were supposed to pick it up and so far nothing, I do not recommend it.

Very good

They took a little longer than expected since it is not the first time I buy but I must say that the product is perfect.

Fast and the quality of the product is good. The only thing is that there was a lot of bacon in the two pieces but it's good

I bought for the first time in this store a lot of Iberian cebo ham 50% Iberian breed "Deseo Ibérico" (made by Los Romeros de Jabugo) in slices of 25 packs (advertised as "brutal offer") with 2 gifts included. The shipment was perfect in time and form, with a sealed sturdy box and vacuum-packed in bags (except for the bones, as air got into their vacuum bag). The ham...a total disappointment. The supposed Iberian marbling is absent. It has no appearance, aroma, flavor, or aftertaste of Iberian. We have eaten many tastier and less salty Serrano hams, and almost any Duroc ham (without D.O.) surpasses it. We have gone through 3 packs and have already lost "the illusion" with which we placed the order...so it will be hard to finish it. We misjudged the expectations of this product (at double the price of other similar ones in taste and quality, despite the "offer") and it is clear that we will not repeat...and we hope this serves as a warning for others. We still have to try the "gifts" (cheese wedge and acorn-fed ham bits) to see if they improve the impression we took away...

Good products, I am very satisfied and I recommend it

The ham was in bad condition but they refunded my money without problems.

As always, the products are excellent

Very good

Ok everything perfect and fast

Customer service is spectacular. I made a mistake in an order and they took care of it without any problem. I will always buy here

I haven't tried it yet

The service was correct, the presentation good, but the quality of the product is improvable.

All good

I have already bought several times, quality and very good service.

Perfect thank you.

Having problems with the transport company, I received help and information to solve the problem. Satisfied with the management.

All ok

terrible after seven days I still haven't received it, the delivery system is pathetic, I still don't know about the content of the order, I am still waiting.

Few cubes, few bones and the preserves are very expensive (my mistake), the ham packages are good.

Good place to buy

Everything perfect

Good

Excellent quality price. It has a spectacular flavor

Everything is very good..very good products

Best service in Spain, and I think I have bought from all of them! Congratulations equipped, everything is delicious.

Iberian legacy of acorn-fed with little fat, good flavor, at its curing point and it arrived very quickly.

Everything perfect, very satisfied thank you very much, I will buy again without a doubt.

Everything correct and great ham thank you

Very hard and dry in some parts and too little cured in others, it does not resemble other 5J that I have bought here

It is good and the weight is correct

The shipping was very good, the ham is tasty, but a bit mild in flavor, otherwise, everything is correct.

Everything of great quality and good price

I bought an acorn-fed ham according to you and the acorn doesn't appear at all.

I made a return request 7 days ago that has not yet been answered
