The paletilla is not what you offer. In theory, it was a 100% Ibérico Bellota paletilla and it is at most a cebo shoulder without a surname. It seems like a scam to me.

The slicing of the ham is very disappointing, a lot of micro bone fragments on the slices. After all, the ham itself is correct, even if in the end it's not my favorite bellota, I wanted to try something new, but I will return to my basics next time.

The delivery service is a disaster, after the package was 3 days going around and not being delivered to the delivery address with the excuse that no one was there when it's not true since they didn't come because I was at home, the purchased products were no longer in good condition. It's a shame that your reputation is tarnished by the poor performance of the transport company.

The shipment was good, but upon arrival and tasting the product, it was excessively salty, so I requested a refund. They asked me for photos but no one has responded to me since then, I have read that they have 15 days to return it, the days go by and I know nothing. The uncertainty that is generated I think is not appropriate.

In my order, there were three sections, A). Sliced paletilla, very bad, totally salty. B) two spicy sobrasadas, I only received one. C). Ham and paletilla petals, they will be delicious. D) the weights of the envelopes, none has its purchased weight, the heaviest weighs just 100 grams including the packaging and the cardboard which weigh 25 grams. I am not satisfied with anything.
