Whenever I can, I buy here, I give it 3 stars because I bought 2 kilos of regular serrano ham and it turned out salty but it can be eaten, I can't ask for more for its price but I recommend Jamon y Paletilla because I have already bought Iberian hams and shoulders and they are a delight, so the three stars are for this last order which was deboned serrano ham 2 kilos and cut into 4 quarters and it turned out salty, for the rest ham and shoulder are highly recommended, they have first-class products, thank you.

One of the 3 hams that came in our order did not meet the acceptable curing time, lacking many months. This was confirmed to us at the International School of Ham Cutters.
