Unfortunately, I do not recommend it, they took 1 week to send the order, I contacted them and they told me it was due to the slicing, regarding this, the bags are a bit of a mess, sometimes they come separated with plastic, sometimes not, tasty flavor but it was very little cured. I bought several things, honestly with the discount it was quite affordable, but they forgot some product, the solution was that they would send it to me in the next order.

I have bought the 5J shoulder many times, I have cut most of it myself, I have ordered it sliced by machine twice and this last time by knife but the cut is very thick, it is not well done. The taste is good, but not to look like a steak... It would be very advisable for whoever cuts it to make much thinner cuts. We are not satisfied this time.

Disaster. I paid for field-fed ham and they gave me cheap feed. Now I don't have the ham I wanted nor the extra money I paid. I waited 15 days, so I don't think I have to return it from Croatia and go through all that again for a month.

The delivery has improved a lot because they send by Nacex which is next to my house, the cured meat as always, there are some that do not give the weight but the quality-price is good, the ham this time is very raw, I don't think it has more than 12 months of curing.

I received the ham on time and without problems. When I started it, I found a slight taste of humidity. I called and reported the problem, as I was passing near the warehouse I asked if I could stop by to change it. Once there we did a tasting with the warehouse managers and the taste had diminished but I still didn't find it good at all. I do not recommend it, I'm sorry. If they had changed it for me and it tasted the same I would have thought the same. If for them it was correct, I think it's fine, but it's not the taste we are used to. I will try other options.

First of all, I ordered a ham weighing between 6 kg and 6.5 kg, the ham that arrived was less than 6 kilos. The ham is tasty but has little fat. I always put in comments that the delivery guy should notify me at least 15 minutes in advance and he never does, I always have to go pick up the package or run after the delivery person. Thank you
