HAM WITHOUT MORE.

It's a little salty but not bad.

I made an order and they made a mistake with the chosen product. After waiting for the return and the new delivery, I received half of the product specified in the invoice. I have sent two emails without response and contacting by phone is impossible. Regrettable.

For my taste, it's very dry and a bit small in weight.

The ham is good and the service is fine.... everything on time.... but I feel a bit deceived by stating that the shoulders weigh between 1.750 and 2 kg.... I ordered 3 shoulders and none of them reached the minimum weight stated in the ad. The heaviest was 1.650 and there was another one of 1.600... a total of almost 0.5 kg less.

Hello, we have bought several times and it has always been correct. But in this last order, the merchandise received cannot possibly resemble what was requested.. we received the ham, we started it and I was very disappointed with it. It is not a 50% Iberian ham, its flavor is not even close, it is a ham with a serrano flavor and it is also very salty. I think they cannot put in the ad Premium Iberian Ham 50% and send that ham, it is like a serrano ham and excessively salty, I requested a return.

My satisfaction has a but, this ham would be perfect if it had a little less salt, it wouldn't be bad to announce that this ham is low in salt, so the buyer knows what they are purchasing.

We have been consuming your products for years and the overall satisfaction is very good. The previous ham from the Montesano brand was of high quality, but this last shoulder from the same brand has the smell and taste of pork, not typical of 100% Iberian acorn, although we are consuming it.

The delivery has been terrible, I haven't tried the product yet.

The shipping time was a disaster, between when I bought it and when it arrived at my house with a prior complaint email about the wait, I don't remember exactly but at least 10 days, although it was probably two weeks, unacceptable. The ham is fine, acceptable and what is more or less available for this price almost everywhere.

I bought a ham from you and it did not meet the characteristics I requested at all, I will not buy from you again, you have disappointed me.

I made two orders of the same product in the last months, Iberian acorn ham boneless, the first was great, a very good product but the second was nothing like it and I let the seller know who limited himself to replying that the product is the same but that sometimes this happens and it does not turn out well. So now I don't want to risk it again and it's a shame because as I have already mentioned, the first one they sent me was delicious.

This last shoulder that we started a few days ago has nothing to do with the previous one Semba serrano ham.

The quality of the lean meat is GOOD... REGULAR the weight 8.220 Kg. (according to the label) that is a little less than the minimum weight offered. BAD the fat proportion is extremely high.

It is laughable how small the shoulder is, it doesn't even weigh 3 kilos.

There is no way to track the order and they took more than five business days, as well as calling them and they don't answer the phone.

The ham is not Iberian from acorn. No hams that are not Iberian enter my house and this one does not measure up. It is a normal serrano ham, nothing more.

The product is fine. The promotion included a wedge of cheese that I did not receive, I sent a message to claim it and I did not receive a response, after several days of calling they tell me that they will refund me 2 euros for the wedge... anyway...

Good ham, oily, good reddish color, very mild and not intense flavor and smell, very similar to the hams from Guijuelo. Recommendable.

Very poorly packaged package. The ham is very moist.

The order arrived one day late, they didn't answer calls or emails, to request a solution to the problem since it is a perishable product although it came vacuum-packed, and they respond several days after receiving the goods. I expressed my complaints in the email, and they replied saying that customer service is good and that if they don't answer the phone it's because they are busy. They should attend to the messages from the answering machine and try to resolve the problem on the day it arises and talk to the transport company that failed with the delivery of the order, once received, it is of no use to communicate with you. I hope that when I open the ham packages they are in perfect condition. This way I will have to pay for refrigerated shipping, as there is no guarantee of delivery. In any case, this is the first time this has happened to me with them, and I will continue to buy, if something like this happens again, then I will not buy anymore.

Fast delivery service and tasty shoulder but very dry, I started cutting it from one side that I couldn't cut, changed sides and it was somewhat better, very dry.

I didn't like the ham much, they say it's 100% Iberian, but it can't be, because it has no marbling. Thank you

The curing time of the received product (ham) is not optimal; it is much lower than indicated on the website, so the texture of the product leaves much to be desired (very soft)

The shoulder, as I mentioned in the email on Friday when I unwrapped it, is all fat. You don't even need to cut it to realize that it is not in good condition.

I bought 6 TACOS JAMÓN RESERVA VETEADO total weight: 1 Kg of which all are edges of the ham, nothing from the center of the ham, all very cured and hard, 5 Fuet Espetec Extra Bon Tall very hard, difficult to chew, but it's the first time this has happened in an order from this company... I will have to choose better what I buy and if it is sent the same way then return...
