Seeing the expiration date (May 2025) I understood, the fat was somewhat yellowish and the good flavor it would have had in November 2024 (packaging date) has completely dissipated. I bought an Iberian ham of 7.5 kg for 155 €. It indicated that it had a curing of 36 months. It arrived well packaged and within the expected delivery time. But the ham did not have a curing of 36 months, I think it didn't even have 24, I started it from the knuckle and it was very soft and the meat was mushy, that is, poorly cured. This ham had high expectations and has been a failure, it's not worth even 100 €. Disappointing.
