The shoulder is good but I expected to find it better in taste. I have bought this brand before and it has never disappointed me, that 'grip' that stays in the throat when you savor it, this one did not have it. I must say that I negatively value the tracking of the order, there is no way to track it because there is no tracking number. The website says that UPS is the transport agency and in the end, it was brought by Nacex.

Hello, I bought something that should be good but I still haven't received it! We passed on Friday, September 20, but I wasn't home. I immediately rescheduled the delivery for Monday, September 23, but I had to call because they had a truck breakdown. It is September 25 and I am afraid of what I will receive. I am not happy and if everything is spoiled I will throw everything in the trash and I will ask for a refund because we are not talking about a normal package but about perishable goods. This is my first and last purchase on your site. You chose to deliver abroad with DPD which is the worst delivery company in France. I paid €10 and lost 3 days including 2 days of leave to finally pick up my order far from my home. Too bad because the cheese is good. One piece of advice: if you want to sell outside of Spain, do not use DPD anymore or it will discourage your future foreign customers.

I found while cutting it, with the plate of the type of ham, but in between, cut and having although it came vacuum-packed, having to throw ham around the house piece of the plate, it was slimy and almost with green. I did not try it, after having to throw away about 1/2 kilo of ham, my anger took away my appetite.... I have to ask you a question..
