The flavor of the ham is good, it is tasty, but the slice is cut thick, a little thinner would be better....and a lot of chunk under the slice.

They changed a 9kg POZO Ferrari ham that was bad for a 7kg POZO gold series one. Normally in these cases, the change should be for another equal or superior. From the Ferrari, only two packets were opened. Not even 50g of ham, and one of them was returned halfway.

The serrano ham I bought, supposedly cured for 15 months, is of poor quality. It's true that it's not an iberian type ham, but it does not correspond to the product advertising.

The delivery was good and fast. The product leaves much to be desired, I give it 3 out of ten. The quality-price ratio is very bad and we are talking about a 5 Jotas shoulder, total excess fat. In summary, a failure. I will not buy again.

I suppose it is because we are in summer and it is very hot, but it is a shame that a 959 ham, bellota, summun jabugo certified 100% iberian arrives to me "heated", with all the yellow fat and dry. Even so it has an acceptable flavor. I should not have bought a ham in summer and less if the transport is not done in an appropriate vehicle.

I just received my order and almost everything is for throwing away. Broken bottle, exploded can of olives, the cheese is to throw away, the sobrasada looks like chorizo puree, the ham comes cooked and the packaging is terrible.

The quality of the products is very good and conforms to the description. What leaves something to be desired is the packaging of the products. Because the cheeses we ordered arrived all crushed due to the weight of the goods in the package. It's a shame. Putting bubble wrap to cushion the products against each other would help reduce or eliminate this risk. I am disappointed especially since my pre-orders were compliant.
