Cheese past its expiration date. Weight of the piece lower than announced. They do not respond. I will not return and I will also file a complaint.

I don't give 5 stars because one shoulder came with white rzs and contacting you is impossible.

A shame, a bone with fat was worthless, a disgrace of a shoulder

I did not like this last purchase at all since I ordered 2 hams to give as gifts and instead of sending them separately as usual, they sent both hams in the same cardboard box in any way. What a pity.

I am still waiting for my invoice, they made it without the CIF, so it is not valid and I am tired of sending emails and they do not respond. The shoulder we bought, Joselito, is very dry, what a disappointment, it turned out bad and with what it cost us.

I bought a ham of 5 to 5.5 kg and I received one of 4.7 kg. I wrote to them several times and they do not respond. I will not buy again, I feel scammed.

On multiple occasions I warned that a note should be sent so that the person receiving the gift would know who it was from, and there was no note in the order. Therefore, I am left disappointed. I'm sorry.

The shoulder is very fresh.

The hams arrived without vacuum packaging, without the label and wrapped in a paper of "jamonypaletilla" for being the 8 kg one. They did not include the knife and the ham holder and they expire in June 23. To top it off, it is full of green mold. I opened one and I don't know if I will be able to finish it or if I will have to throw it away because of the mold. Note that in other years I bought them directly from "Navidul" and they turned out perfect. My opinion is that either they are old or they have not been well preserved and unsealed. So it is not the fault of the ham 4 estaciones but the seller's fault. My rating is very negative, I will not buy more from "JamonyPaletilla."

A scam. I bought a 100% iberian breed ham and they sent me a 50%. I called customer service and I will not reproduce the expression they conveyed to me. I will never hire their services again.

I ordered 2 boxes of IRIS Dorado vermouth and I received 2 boxes of IRIS Rojo vermouth. I have called several times to return at least one of the boxes but they do not answer the phone.

I placed the order on November 18, it was delivered on December 1, and regarding the cheeses I ordered, they sent me different ones that had nothing to do with it. I sent an email and made complaints on 5/12/22 and today, the 13th, I have no response regarding this. The products are fine, but the customer service is bad

The order arrived well and quickly. I bought a Don Benito Jabugo shoulder at a very good price, I haven't opened it yet so I won't evaluate it. I also bought two packages of Don Benito Iberian loin, they were good in flavor but six months ago they would have been much better since they were very well cured.

The shoulder came covered in mold. The labeling did not specify the curing months. The label that hung was white which corresponds to a basic ham that they decorate with the name of a good ham and charge you as such. I felt deceived.

I put a star because, upon opening the box, the cheese they sent me did not match the one I bought. It wasn't even old. They told me they didn't have and weren't expecting the one I had chosen on time. They sent me another one that was of the same characteristics, to try it, and if I didn't like it, to return it. I can say it doesn't resemble at all the one I requested, I don't like it, it's a very ordinary cheese, but I'm not going to return it because of the hassle it causes me. I won't buy from this store again. They should have notified me and not sent another one without my approval.

Delicious shoulder, but a huge delay in delivery, the transport company needs improvement. Thank you.

Little information about the traceability of the product; excessively cured (old), little white fat and a lot of rancid. It does not correspond to the price. I regret the criticism but I was disappointed.

They sent me a very dry and salty ham, it looked like a very expensive serrano ham, I do not recommend this store for shopping. I have very bad references of this store.

I bought a 5j shoulder weighing 5.5-6kg, it barely weighed 5.4 kg. I wanted it bigger.

We started the ham today, and it has a lot of fat, it has more fat than ham. Other years the ham has been very good, but this has been a disappointment.
