The shopping experience has been quick and good, but the shoulder was a bit salty so I don't know if I will risk it again.

THIS ORDER WAS NOT GOOD. THE HAM IS SUPER SALTY, AND THE BACON IN EACH PACKAGE HAS A YELLOWISH COLOR THAT CANNOT BE EATEN. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THEY CALL ME ONE DAY AT 9:30 IN THE MORNING AND TELL ME THAT SINCE I AM NOT HOME, I HAVE TO GO TO THEIR WAREHOUSE TO PICK IT UP. I INDICATE THAT SINCE THEY DID NOT CALL ME, THEY COULD HAVE LEFT IT IN THE BUILDING'S GROUND FLOOR. RESPONSE: THEY CANNOT STOP TO CALL ANYONE BECAUSE THEY LOSE A LOT OF TIME. I TELL THEM TO GIVE ME A TIME, AND I WILL BE HOME, AS WE ALL HAVE OUR JOBS. THEY GIVE ME THE OPTION TO PICK IT UP WITH A TIME WINDOW OF 4 HOURS (4 TO 8) A FEW KILOMETERS FROM MY HOUSE. FOR ALL THE ABOVE, YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THAT THIS WAS NOT AN ORDER THAT WILL BE PLACED AGAIN.

Ham is very good but more than half is waste, because it had more than 50% fat.

The correct product.

The ham did not weigh between 8/9 kg, quite smaller. The flavor is very average. The cheese doesn't have much taste.

I bought the ham 10 veins 100% Iberian but I was very disappointed. The ham is very dry, weighed 7.07 just (I bought from 7 to 7.5) and the truth is that the slices come out very stiff and dry. We have a lot of experience with hams and the truth is that we took a risk with this one and it turned out bad. Very fast shipping but product quality below expectations.

The truth is that this shoulder is very hard and tough. It's a big disappointment!

I don't know how I ordered it.

For now I give it a two, I started the ham from the Contramaza and the ham is good but it is all lean, it has no fat which for me is essential in a ham to get those good flavors. I hope that on the side of the maza some fat comes out and I can enjoy even if it's a little of the ham.

Acceptable.

I received the ham after 8 days and although I indicated the reception time for orders, since the delivery had to be made at a pharmacy and they took it outside the indicated time again for delay and with the heat that has been when it finally arrived it is half cooked. It can be eaten and since I went to the beach I didn't have time to change it, we are going to eat it in this state which is also good, although it's not the same. I hope they take this into account for a future order.

The ham came a bit soft.

It turned out better than the one I had to return for excess salt... but none like the first one... the return process... perfect without problems.

The shoulder is inedible because it is super dry. It has been a bad purchase. I feel cheated. I will not buy again and I will recommend it even less. Money down the drain. Warning to future buyers. Goodbye.

For 30 € it's fine, it's better than what they sell in supermarkets.

Good service but the ham and bacon are very soft.

The shoulder is very dry, I didn't return it because I had a commitment but it's hard and I won't be able to use it all for sure, it has always been good for me but this time no, I don't trust buying again.

The product is great, as always, but it took more than 2 weeks to receive the package because the carrier had it but no one notified me, and on top of that it was because I called to complain. 2 weeks stored the ham in a warehouse, with the heat that is going on and who knows in what conditions...

Honestly, to have at least 24 months, it arrived tender and the flavor is very subtle for being a 50% Iberian.

In flavor and price very good but the transport was terrible, everything melted, what a shame.

For being a Jabugo ham (Capa Negra) and the price it has, it is excessively soft and not tasty. Quality relation - price: null

I made the same order as last time but it has nothing to do with it, this one is very salty and the taste changes a lot (for the worse)

Good shoulder, although salty and with too many nerves.

This time I haven't been so lucky, the ham is very dry and when I say dry I mean really hard, especially the part without the rind, it has been impossible to slice. Of all the times I've bought some, I had to get this one. This happens because of how convenient it is to have it delivered at home. If I had gone to the store and touched it, I would have picked another one. What I could cut is good, I vacuum packed it, I got 2.95 kilos, next time I will have better luck.

Excessively dry ham. Loses flavor, gains salt and hardness.

Very tender after changing it for another of lesser weight, I will look for other pages, not convinced customer of these shoulders

The shoulder is aged, it doesn't have a good taste and also some packages didn't come well vacuum sealed. The truth is that I was disappointed. I took it vacuum sealed for a vacation and it is not good.

I bought a pack of cheese and ham. The cheese was fine but the ham arrived vacuum sealed and super raw, it lacked at least 4 months of curing.

A little tender the shoulder, but everything is fine.
